Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to return items sold by goomheo.com within 7 days from you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The items were purchased in the last 7 days
- The items are in the original packaging with tags
- The items were not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

- The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

- The supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

Please note that We only replace items you received defective or damaged.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a stock available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to return items sold by goomheo.com within 7 days from you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Please make sure to include in the email the order number, name of the styles and reason for the return request and photos if needed.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The items were purchased in the last 7 days
- The items are in the original packaging with tags
- The items were not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

- The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

- The supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

Please note that We only replace items you received defective or damaged.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a stock available or offer to repair faulty items.
